ORDERING INFORMATION

To order items from our catalogue or website, call our sales line, e-mail us, or send us a completed order form to our address.

PAYMENT

All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT unless otherwise specified. All prices are exclusive of postage and packing, unless otherwise stated. You can pay using most major credit and debit cards including:Visa, Mastercard, Switch,Visa Delta, JCB, or American Express by completing an order form or calling us. Or you can pay by cheque. When paying by cheque, we require payment prior to despatch.

DELIVERY

All delivery prices are quoted on our order form. The price shown covers mainland UK only so if you require international delivery please contact us for a quote. Orders will normally be sent out the day following an order being received subject to it being in stock but please allow up to three days for delivery. If an urgent order is required please call us so we can make sure we can fulfil your order. Orders will be sent either by our carrier or Royal Mail.

CLAIMS

When you receive goods from Hatch-It Incubators you shall inspect the goods and you shall notify Hatch-It Incubators if the goods are rejected within one day of delivery.

GENERAL

All goods sold by Hatch-It Incubators shall remain the property of Hatch-It Incubators until fully paid for by the purchaser, notwithstanding that the risk in the goods has passed to the purchaser and notwithstanding that the buyer may not have possession of the goods.

DISCLAIMER

Hatch-It Incubators makes every effort to keep the prices up to date. Errors can occur, however, and where this happens, Hatch-It Incubators will re-confirm prices prior to debiting your card.

INVOICING/RECEIPT

A full receipt will be sent with your order.

PRODUCT RETURNS

When you receive goods ordered from Hatch-It Incubators, you have a statutory right to cancel the order within seven working days starting from the day AFTER the goods were delivered. Please note seven working days does not include public holidays or weekends. We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification that you wish to cancel the order. This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only.We will refund only the cost of the goods and the original carriage cost. You must return the goods to Hatch-It Incubators, or make them freely available for collection by our appointed courier. If you do not freely return the goods, at your cost, to Hatch-It Incubators then we may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund. If you, the consumer, wish to return goods, you will return them at your own cost. We will refund the return carriage only if the goods are faulty or are incorrect. Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.

COMPLAINTS

Should you have a complaint about any product purchased from Hatch-It Incubators or about our website please address this to: info@hatchitincubators.com or contact us by post, telephone, or in person. We will review and acknowledge your complaint by email or letter within five working days.

CONTRACT

Automatic confirmation of receipt of your order does not constitute a contract between us. A contract for the Sale of Goods shall only arise on the dispatch of the goods to you.

Your statutory rights are not affected by any of the terms and conditions listed here.

POULTRY HOUSING CONDITIONS

For our express range of housing the units will normally be available from stock, if the unit is new to our range or waiting for delivery and you pre order we will advise on the approximate delivery date at time of ordering, if this is unacceptable you may cancel the order within 7 working days of placing the order. We will endeavour to supply the unit within the dates quoted but on occasions due to circumstances out of control there may be delays, we will update you of this and if these become unreasonable a alternative product may be offered or a refund. If you cancel your order after 7 days of placing your order or return your goods once delivered unused we will offer either a credit note to the full value of the order or a refund with a 25% cancellation charge.

For our deluxe units these are generally supplied within 28 days of ordering, we can advise on a approximate delivery date when ordering. If you place a order and wish to cancel it you can within 7 working days of placing the order subject to a 50% cancellation charge as these units are built to order.
