Delivery and returns policy

All delivery prices are quoted on our delivery rates page. If an item you require has not got a delivery price please call us and we will advise you to the cost. The prices shown cover the UK only so if you require international delivery please contact us for a quote.Orders are despatched each working day and will normally be sent out the day following an order being placed subject to it being in stock, but please allow up to 3 days for despatch. If an urgent order is required please call us so we can make sure we can fulfil your order.Delivery is normally next working day following despatch of your goods. They will be sent either by our carrier or the Royal Mail.

When you receive goods ordered from Hatch-it Incubators, you have a statutory right that allows you to cancel the order up to seven working days starting from the day AFTER the goods were delivered. Please note 7 working days do not include public holidays or weekends. We will refund the price paid as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from notification that you wish to cancel the order. This notification must be in writing, and will not be accepted in the form of a telephone call only. We will only refund the cost of the goods and the original carriage cost. You must return the goods to Hatch-it Incubators, or make them freely available for collection by our appointed courier. If you do not freely return the goods, at your cost, to Hatch-it Incubators then we may have to deduct any reasonable costs we incur in recovering the goods from you. This will be deducted from your refund. If you, the consumer, wishes to return goods, you will return them at your own cost, we will only refund the return carriage if the goods are faulty or are incorrect. Where products supplied are damaged, incorrect or faulty we will either replace the item or issue a full refund within 30 days of notice. We may request goods to be returned for inspection prior to agreeing to any refund at your cost. If goods are confirmed to be faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied we will refund any carriage costs incurred in returning the goods.
